Černelić d.o.o. is engaged in interior design and furnishing as well as furniture production, with an emphasis on project-driven processes that include sales, planning, production, and assembly.

Challenges


The company recognized the need to establish clear and standardized business processes, as well as the centralization of data that was located in various tools and records.

A particular challenge was to ensure better organization of the sales process, project tracking, and effective management of a large number of product variants and supplier catalogs.

Additionally, the goal was to connect all operational processes – from sales and procurement to production and warehousing – within a single system.

Solution


The Odoo ERP system was implemented as a central platform that connects all key business functions.

The system enables management of the entire business cycle – from tracking leads and creating offers, through planning and executing projects, to production, procurement, and delivery.

Particular emphasis was placed on standardizing processes and establishing structured documentation, ensuring better work organization and easier onboarding of new employees.

Sales and project management

By implementing the CRM and Project modules, a system for centralized tracking of leads and projects was established.

It enabled clear definition of responsibilities, tracking project status, and organizing tasks, including field activities such as delivery and assembly.

Production and product management

Odoo allows for the connection of sales orders with production processes, including the automatic generation of production orders.

The system supports the management of a large number of product variants and enables more efficient maintenance of supplier catalogs, significantly speeding up the quotation process and reducing the possibility of errors.

Integration of business processes

By integrating the Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules, automated data synchronization between sales, procurement, and warehousing has been enabled.

This has eliminated the need for manual data entry and reduced administrative burden, while increasing the accuracy and reliability of information.

Multi-company management

The system has been further customized to manage multiple connected companies, including the integration of newly acquired companies within a unified ERP environment.

Consolidated reporting and better coordination of business processes between companies have been enabled.
