The Odoo ERP system was implemented as a central platform that connects sales, procurement, warehousing, and accounting within a single system.
The system includes key modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and Project, enabling management of complete business processes within one platform.
Special emphasis was placed on integration with the logistics partnerOrbico, significantly improving the warehouse management and distribution process.
Integration with the Orbico system
The Odoo system allows direct data exchange with Orbico through an automated process of exchanging Excel documents.
Orders for are generated and sent from the Odoo system:
- receiving goods into the warehouse (Receipt)
- delivery of goods to customers (Delivery Order)
Based on these orders, Orbico returns reports on completed warehouse transactions.
These reports are automatically processed within the Odoo system:
- if the quantities are matched, the orders are automatically closed and the inventory status is updated
- in case of discrepancies, the system notifies responsible persons who manually verify and finalize the orders
The entire process is further supported by automatic email notifications, ensuring timely information and control over logistics operations.
Results
The implementation of the system achieved centralization of operations and better connectivity of all key functions.
Real-time visibility into inventory and finances has been enabled, along with a significant reduction in manual processes.
Integration with Orbico has further enhanced distribution efficiency, automated data exchange, and allowed for more precise tracking of warehouse operations.
