About the client


Zetović d.o.o. is engaged in the production and installation of PVC and aluminum joinery, as well as the production of pergolas. The business includes managing the entire process – from the initial customer inquiry, through the preparation of offers and production, to the organization of installation on site.

Challenges


The company needed better management of sales opportunities and connecting the sales process with production and operational activities.

 Additionally, the goal was to consolidate data from different systems and ensure better control over the status of projects and production orders.

Solution


The Odoo ERP system was implemented as a central platform that connects all key processes – from CRM and sales to production, warehousing, and accounting.

The system enables management of the entire sales cycle, starting from receiving leads and tracking business opportunities, through the preparation and management of offers, to project realization and invoicing.

Special emphasis was placed on connecting the sales and production parts of the business, ensuring better coordination between departments and greater transparency of the process.  

Managing business opportunities

The Odoo CRM module allows for structured tracking of all business opportunities through clearly defined stages of the sales process.

In this way, the sales team has complete insight into the status of each opportunity, planned activities, and expected revenues, while management can easily track the sales pipeline and make informed decisions.

Additionally, the CRM is connected to other parts of the system, allowing for a seamless transition from sales opportunity to quote, and then to project realization.

Integration with the production system

Odoo is integrated with a specialized system for window production"Stijene", enabling the exchange of key data between the sales and production processes.

Data defined in the sales phase is used to prepare production orders, reducing the need for manual entry and minimizing the possibility of errors.

Such integration allows for better alignment between customer orders and production capacities, along with a clearer overview of production status and resource planning.

Results


The implementation of the Odoo system has achieved the centralization of operations and the connection of all key processes within a single platform.

It has enabled better management of sales opportunities, greater transparency in production, and more efficient organization of field activities.

Integration with the specialized production system has further improved data accuracy and reduced the need for manual transfer of information between systems.
